At our store, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or design

To help ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Color

We offer a one-time courtesy replacement at a discounted rate.

  • You’ll receive a 40–50% off code to reorder the correct item
  • No need to return the original item
  • Keep it, gift it, or put it to use

This allows us to help you out without the long delays and waste of traditional returns


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

You may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund. To process your request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after being placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been submitted.

How to Request a Refund/Replacement

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via roadsandroutes2023@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or misprint. Photos must include the entire item and close-ups of the affected area(s).
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and coordinate with the print-on-demand provider for resolution.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny claims if sufficient evidence (e.g., photos) is not provided or if the issue appears to be caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.

Shipping and Additional Notes

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • For international orders, any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by the carrier; please file a claim with the shipping provider in such cases.
