General Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product (e.g., "I don't like it"), or if the item simply does not meet your expectations. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or with a misprint.
Eligible Refunds/Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained, or defective upon delivery).
- There is a misprint or manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect colors, blurry printing, or design flaws caused by production).
In these instances, we will work with our print-on-demand provider to issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. Refunds may be issued instead if a replacement is not feasible or preferred.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sizes that do not fit. Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before purchasing to ensure the correct fit.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement
To initiate a claim:

- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or misprint. Photos must include the entire item and close-ups of the affected area(s).

Please note: We reserve the right to deny claims if sufficient evidence (e.g., photos) is not provided or if the issue appears to be caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
Shipping and Additional Notes
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- For international orders, any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by the carrier; please file a claim with the shipping provider in such cases.
