What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I exchange for a different size?
At this time, we don’t offer size exchanges since all items are produced on demand. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, sizing up is always a safe choice.
Why don’t you accept standard returns?
Each piece is made specifically for you after you order. This helps us reduce waste and focus on quality over mass production—but it also means we can’t restock returned items.
How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order, so production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

International orders: 7–15 business days
